How does this site work?
CurvyStyle is innovative curvy fashion store and marketplace. You can browse all of the curvy and plus size products, add them to your cart and safely purchase them like at any other standard online store.
Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?
No, but if you do, you can store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status and create a wish list which you can share with your friends.
You also have the option to create an account after the checkout.
Is your site safe and secure?
Yes. All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line. In fact, we are very proud of the fact that we have the highest available level of e-commerce security.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
It depends on the seller’s location and on your own location.
Each seller has his own “Processing time”, which is the time that passes until you get the shipment tracking number of your order.
Can I trust the sellers?
We try to work exclusively with a limited and trusted number of curvy and plus size sellers. We do not accept everyone.
Unlike other marketplaces, we take responsibility for every order, so if there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will make sure that it is resolved.
Remember, no matter who the seller is, you have our money back guarantee!
Will I get all products in the same package?
In order to make your shopping experience easier, you can just add all products from all of our sellers to your cart. All products from the same seller will be shipped together after which you will get your shipping tracking information.
Where are the orders being shipped from?
Each seller sends the products from his own location. Most of the products are shipped from the USA, but remember, it depends on the seller. Find the “shipping from” information listed for each product in order to see more information on the subject.
What are your shipping rates?
Our Curvy Style community makes shipping clear and simple for each order that we receive. It doesn’t matter which item you have ordered nor who the vendor is, you only pay $5 for the first item and $2.5 for each additional item that you have ordered.
Because of this fixed shipping price, it does not matter where your item is being shipped from, which makes placing the order much easier for you! Read more about it here.

What if I need to change my order after I hit “Submit”?

Please note: If you contact us over an hour after the order has been submitted, no further changes can be made.
Why haven’t I received an email regarding my order?
There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on the file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering the email you received from us.
Please try to turn off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you. Of course, make sure to check your spam folder as well.
How do I return or exchange something in my order?
It depends on the seller. We have a standard return policy that you can read here.
However, sellers can have different policies which you can read about on the product(s) page from which you are buying.
What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

You should always feel free to contact us at [email protected].
All orders are processed from Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays. Don’t forget to wait for the order processing time of the seller.

How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
What types of payment do you accept?
The Curvy Style accepts Paypal, Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
To pay using Debit/Credit Card please choose Paypal. Once You’re Redirected to PayPal, Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.

Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches its destination’s country.
Neither The Curvy Style or any of its sellers will be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.
The Curvy Style has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from The Curvy Style, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
